As a Logistics Coordinator at BOA you will focus on creating and managing the company portfolio of accounts while working in a team environment. You will be responsible for helping your customers move their inventory in the most cost effective way.

What’s in your hands:

  • Develop strong relationships with customers’ planners, logistics teams, and facilities
  • Prospect new business thru “warm” sales calls
  • Work with customer contacts to understand their shipping needs
  • Work with the Carrier team to ensure shipments are covered with the best viable option
  • Analyze and negotiate rates based on current market price
  • Schedule loads and communicate any transit issues to respective parties
  • React with sense of urgency to solve problems and look for ways to improve operational inefficiencies
